The best place for a ski vacation with your family is at the Alpengasthof Laemmerhof in the province of Salzburg. The hotel is in the perfect location: far away from the hustle and bustle of your everyday life in the snowy Lammertal Valley. The Alpengasthof even has its own farm on the property with calves, horses, rabbits, cats and our Bernese Mountain Dog, Aurelia. In the winter months all of the animals are housed in the barn.
Only our horses, Laura and Mirabell, are active during the wintertime: you and your family can take a wonderful horse-drawn sleigh ride through the winter landscape. The sleigh rides with Laura and Mirabell can take anywhere from 40 minutes up to 3 hours - they are a truly special experience during your winter holiday with your children.

Only 300 metres away from the front door of the Alpengasthof Laemmerhof is the Lammertal ski lift - a small lift that is ideal for beginners and children. Professional ski instructors are waiting to teach your kids the basics of skiing in a playful manner in the nearby towns of St. Martin and Annaberg. The ski schools offer different courses with or without lunchtime supervision:
- 1-Day course: €30 to €35
- 5-Day course: €110 to €118
- 5-Day course with all-day supervision and lunch: €160 to €168
"Dino's Kinderalm" children's programme is also part of the ski school in St. Martin. Here your children (3 years and older) will be under the best all-day care.
