COVID-19 Measures at Berghotel Lämmerhof
Important information for a carefree holiday in the province of Salzburg
Your holidays come closer and we inform you about the most important measures for unconcerned days in the Salzburger Land province. Starting with careful holiday preparations at home up to the daily hygiene measures, cancellation possibilities and an all over contactless holiday at the Lämmerhof we summarised much worth knowing.
Holiday preparations at home
To ensure the safest possible environment for our guests, employees and you we stand behind the recommendations of the government of Salzburg. They recommend all guests who plan a holiday in the province of Salzburg to do a Corona quick-test. The result should be carried-with upon arrival and should not be older than 3 days. Especially when you are coming from a region with travel warnings.
Holiday companion: face mask & FFP2 mask
The face mask is the new companion for a safe holiday. Although it is not necessary to wear it all the time and everywhere we recommend you to always have one with you. The face mask is compulsory here:
- Hotel: reception, restaurant and everywhere where you can’t sustain a minimum gap of one meter to other people (exception: spa area).
- Lifts and cable cars in summer and winter: As they are regular forms of public transportation the same rules apply.
- Sights with many visitors: Some tourist attractions have special regulations.
Especially in winter the neck warmer (also bandana, buff etc.) has proved its worth. Not only does it protect throat and neck from the cold, it can also be pulled up over mouth and nose when needed.
Corona virus: that’s how you can protect yourself!
The daily measures to keep the spread of the corona virus down are already well known. However we want to focus once again on the most important basic rules. These are the most important travel tips for a corona-safe holiday:
- Washing and disinfection of hands
- Cough hygiene, use of handkerchiefs or elbow
- Avoid hand-shaking
- 1 meter minimum distance to other people
- Avoid contact with sick people
- Take travel warnings seriously
- Stay at home when sick
Hygiene measures at Berghotel Lämmerhof
We offer our guests the highest possible hygiene standard in the hotel. We are aware of our responsibility and with our partner Hollu-Hygiene the cleanliness of our hotel from the kitchen to the restaurant up to the rooms and the spa area is priority number one. Regular employee schoolings concerning cleaning and hygiene are already on the daily schedule for years.
Additionally we offer our guests now free of charge hand disinfection points in the public areas.
Cancel now without fees for longer until March 2022 at the Lämmerhof
The holidays are cancelled? Thank god you won’t be punished with additional charges! Because planning your holiday really isn’t easy this year we extended the period in which you can cancel free of charge.
Up to one week until the day of arrival you can postpone or cancel your holiday without costs until March 2022.
Should there be a hotel lockdown or the borders are closed there is also a free of charge cancellation possibility.
Though to be fully financially secured we recommend you a travel cancelation insurance. Because if you catch the corona virus yourself the regular conditions of being sick apply.
